Colin Veevers

Colin began his studies at the University of Toronto, where he received a BSc physics in 2022. After two years spent working in the photonics industry, he joined the group as an MSc student under the joint supervision of Prof. Jeff Lundeen at the University of Ottawa and Dr. Ben Sussman. His current research focus is on developing spectroscopic techniques that leverage correlations in nonclassical light to beat classically achievable performance. Outside of the lab, Colin enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors, and is involved in the Canadian competitive trivia scene.
